CUPPING

A guided specialty coffee tasting experience. During this session, you'll have the opportunity to sample a variety of specialty coffees while learning about the meticulous work involved in selecting and producing the beans that end up in every cup.
FROM SEED TO CUP
- Duration: Approximately 3-hour tour
Take a guided tour through our coffee plantation and discover the coffee production and processing journey, finishing in our roasting room with an exclusive coffee tasting.
JEQUITIBÁ TREE EXPERIENCE
- Duration: Approximately 2 to 3-hour hike
Enjoy a beautiful guided walk (approximately 6 km round trip) through our native Atlantic Forest to visit one of the oldest trees in the region — a 500-year-old Jequitibá tree.
The tour is guided and supported by a pickup truck carrying drinking water and providing transportation for guests with limited mobility.
MASTER CHEESEMAKER
- Duration: Approximately 3-hour workshop
Learn how to make cheese using fresh raw milk straight from the cow. In this hands-on experience, you'll create several types of cheese with your own hands, and at the end of the workshop, you'll take one of your creations home.
BEEKEEPER EXPERIENCE
